More Success with Mindfulness

Continuous change and variation are constants in our working world. Within the company itself, personnel experiences enormous pressure to perform amid high expectations. In turn, this significantly impacts internal processes within the company, collegial cooperation among staff and the physical and psychological well-being of each individual employee.

Mindfulness Worx offers a mindfulness approach to facilitation processes, promotion of employee health and illness prevention. We use methods which focus on specific work processes, on interaction with co-workers, colleagues and customers and on the individual‘s own body and experience of stress.

Our programs CBMT, MBSR and HATHA YOGA are for all employees in a company, regardless of hierarchies or professional competencies. The training units follow a modular concept, and are chosen with you in accordance with the special needs in your company.

Our goal is to promote and stabilise mindfulness attitudes and values in your company:

  • Focus and concentration
  • Clarity and structure
  • Integrative / Holistic thinking
  • Responsible action
  • Future oriented
  • Communication
  • Stress reduction
  • Job satisfaction
  • Friendliness and empathy
  • Cooperation
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Work-Life-Balance

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness Worx understands mindfulness as a mental attitude, an ethical quality, as an expression of inner strength, a special condition of consciousness and perception, as well as a special quality of personality.

Mindfulness strengthens presence, emotional resilience and mental clarity.

What does it mean to be mindful?

Mindfulness is the ability to consciously direct attention to one activity or subject, and to accept the present moment as it is.

This acceptance opens up free inner space, allowing one to react appropriately to stimuli rather than automatically, without being directed by premature judgments and assessments. Mindfulness supports one in letting go of negative thoughts and embedded patterns.

How does mindfulness work?

A mindful and friendly inner attitude supports the ability to relax, which is one reason why many people take up mindfulness training in the first place. But mindfulness training also conveys the experience of self-efficacy and strengthens a personal sense of responsibility.

Mindfulness has a positive effect on the different processes in daily work but also on sleep quality, diet habits and human relationships in general.

How do you practice mindfulness?

Mindfulness is not something you learn once and then are forever competent in. Mindfulness must be lived by regularly remembering the inner countenance and internalising it, so that it becomes more and more a natural countenance.

One should practice regularly, experience the inner countenance and constantly integrate it into everyday life. Mindfulness is a form of life design with an ethical dimension. It is about cultivating positive mental conditions.

Who is mindfulness meant for?

Everyone can practice mindfulness. But it can’t be ordered or required, only exemplified and internalised.

So mindfulness training is for managment and executives just as for other employees. It is for the individual as well as for the team.
