About myself

Wolfgang Schröder, born 1962

I became interested in spiritual development early on. In the course of my education to be a book dealer, I made the fundamental, directed decision to devote my life to the practice of and immersion in buddhist methodology/ the practice of Buddhism.

After that, I lived for several years in Great Britain, where I was able to study Buddhism and intensify my practice while absolving a yoga teacher training program and working in cooperative enterprises.

As of today, I have worked for more than twenty years in Berlin, first as a yoga- and MBSR teacher in different facilities and finally in my own mindfulness practice which I opened with a colleague in 2012.

In this way I am happy to be able to interact with people from all walks of life and support them on their paths to greater awareness, clarity and a healthier life, less burdened by stress.
